Under no cicumstances shall the Operator of this Site, or any of it's licensors, be liable for any damage or loss as a direct or indirect consequence of a User accessing Content on the Sites.

All Services and Content are made available for informational purposes only. The opinions and views expressed on the Sites do not constitute professional advice, and neither the Operator nor it's licensors shall be responsible for a User's response to the Content provided.

There are links to other websites and internet resources for User convenience, and such links do not imply endorcement of those websites. In addition, the Operator has no responsibility or liability for any software or information found on any other website.

Non-commercial uses exclude any activities supporting profit-making, such as commercial AI training or product development.

3. User Agreement

3.1  Registration

The User will need to register to access some features, such as receiving a newsletter, participating in surveys, making comments, and paying for access to content such as online or electronic book and articles. The User is responsible for keeping their username and password safe, and it is recommended to use a unique password not only for this site, but for all sites.

All information provided when registering may be changed or deleted by the User at anytime.

3.2  Rules of Conduct

The User hereby agrees they will not use the Sites or Services:

    • If the Operator of the Sites or it's moderators decide that the Comments system does not add value to the Services and Content provided, Comments may be disabled, and associated User contributed Content will be removed.

4. Account Termination and Suspension

4.1  Termination by Users

A User may stop using the Sites at any time. Information associated with registered users may be deleted by logging in and visiting the User account page.

4.2  Termination or Suspension by Site Operator

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User account and prohibit access to Services and/or the Sites without notice if (a) the Operator determines the Terms of this Agreement have been violated, or (b) the Operator determines suspension or termination of a User will improve the overall User experience of the Services offered by the Sites.

5. Governing Law and Juristiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA. Any legal disputes related to violation of these Terms, or any other matter involving the Operator of the Sites, will occur under the juristiction of the State and Federal Courts of Montana.
